Draft documents requires for incorporation through form INC-29 process, are as follow:

i.              Subscriber sheet MOA

ii.             Subscriber Sheet AOA

iii.            Affidavit Cum Declaration

iv.            INC-9

v.             INC-10

vi.            Resolution for NOC

vii.           Self-attested copy of PAN Card

viii.          Self-attested copy of ID Proof

ix.            Self-attested copy of Address Proof (which is not older that 2 month old)

x.             DIR-2

xi.            Registered office proof (any utility bill) along with NOC (draft attached)

Further, please note the following:

i.              Provide the details as required in attached incorporation questionnaire.

ii.             INC-9 and affidavit cum declaration should be on stamp paper worth Rs. 20.

iii.            INC-9, affidavit cum declaration and INC-10 required to be notarized also.

iv.            Subscriber sheet MOA & AOA- blank required to be fill by the subscriber in their own handwriting and the same to be witnessed by professional with the same content as mentioned in the reference sheet.

v.       NOC required along with utility bill (which is not older that 2 month old) by the owner for    using the premises for the registered office proof, for which we have attached both format of NOC (for  Individual or body corporate
